typefaces -- bad ones

Hey --

Here is a nice article. I like Amanda Hesser, too, although I have to admit that I am very jealous of her.

Anyway -- the reason that I am linking to this article is that this reviewer, and Amanda Hesser, have both refused to read books with ugly typefaces.

That's why it too me a year to read John Lanchester's Fragrant Harbor!!
