I just reread my post from a few days ago whining on about Maddy and her horseback riding lesson.

I wish to apologize. I'd really meant (uh huh) to talk about how impossible it is not to have these stupid feelings about stupid things.

It is appalling to have your feelings hurt JUST LIKE THAT.

Even when you know it's absurd.
