respite

Phew.

Things seem better.

We got M. off to Yosemite this morning. The eighth grade goes for a week up to Yosemite. It should be really fun -- it's snowing and everything.

I am beyond jealous, actually.

Things seem good with N. as well.

And the house -- well, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Partly I'm just really really tired. But -- with just one child for a week, no contractors around, no need to do much of anything, really -- perhaps it will be a relaxed week.

Huh!

And possibly, we might be able to go skiing next weekend. Cross your fingers.
