K just called me from out house.

I didn't recognise the phone number at first.

Okay -- here's the plan:

Across the back wall, a big leaf maple and a western dogwood.

Along the north side of the back yard, fruit trees, roses, golden currant

Along the south side, near the [nonexistant] gate, California buckeye and toyon.

Possibly a rain garden -- it is fairly boggy back there. I'm not sure why.

Possibly, if the maple would be too big, we should just have dogwoods across the back.

Hmmm.

Okay. Looks like I have a party to go to.
