Okay, are you tired of this yet?

We fix up the upstairs. We leave it pretty much the way it is. The kitchen becomes the bedroom and the sleeping porch becomes a study/tv room with a comfy couch that can become a guest room when needed.

Downstairs, there is a big big kitchen, with a couch and a tv in it. Off the kitchen is a half bath with a laundry room in it.

Eventually, we may add a bathroom upstairs, etc. etc. etc. But for now, I think this is the easiest way to get in, and the most practical.

Okay, you may return to your christmas shopping, or knitting, or whatever.
