Me again.

I have ordered the countertop!

I feel that in the 27 million mile slog that this thing has been, I am nearing the last 2,000 miles.

I am quite excited about the countertop.

Also -- in the course of my driving around, I saw an old white church with stained glass windows sort of around the top. They were a milky mottled green, and each little piece looked like a fish scale. In other words, it seemed to be a stained glass imitation of that fishscale shingle pattern you see on fancy old victorians.

Isn't that odd?

Is it the old christ=fish thing?

They were really quite pretty.
