Happy Mother's Day!

I talked to my mother. Kevin made me eggs. Maddy made me a card, and Nora read a book on the couch all day. I picked all the roses from the yard and scattered them around the house. I also took the rug outside, which somehow made the house look better.

Now it's Monday, and N is taking the AP Bio test. I hope it goes well -- she did not study even one little bit. Ugh.

She did study and study and study all last week and last weekend, so maybe it was a good thing.

Anyway. It was all quite pleasant.

And now I must go.
