Nora went to camp wearing her big goofy hat today.

I was reminded of the time she went to a birthday party when she was 5. It was a Little House on the Prairie birthday party, and the mom had made all the guests sunbonnets and aprons out of calico.

When we went back east for vacation, Nora insisted on wearing her bonnet on the plane.

It was sort of like traveling with a small amish person. Only more colorful, I guess. Maybe a mennonite.

Anyway.

I almost told her about it this morning, but then I didn't.
