Hanging on the telephone

So --

First day back at work with N off.

She did call, finally, and seems to be settled. She had her first classes today. I'm hoping she will call again, but as it's 9:30 there and she hasn't, I'm thinking she may not.

I tried to set up a schedule with her, which she resisted, saying she'd call every day. Ha. When she finally does call, I'll ask her to call on Sunday nights. Then we'll at least know she's alive.

Okay. Now I've got stuff to do --
