OKay. Actually -- I'm running off, but:

1. Lunch with a friend with teenaged son who hasn't been handing any homework in at all. ? Predictable grades result. He's quite smart, so it's all rather mysterious. I mean, I'm sure he has his reasons, but the upshot is -- if it's not one thing, it's another with these people of this certain age! Went to some fuction at the school last night, too, where I saw various teenagers ignoring their parents, or in some kind of altercation with them, or something. I just that's just how it is. Hmmm.

2. There was something else, but I've forgotten it. Hmmm.
