2003-01-29 - 1:31 p.m. 4th entry today -- delusional, I think. Hey -- this is where I'm sort of from: http://www.fargo-history.com/site-map.htm My mother's grandfather moved there after the big fire of 1893. He was a bricklayer of Irish extraction (rather recent, I believe) who was living in Minnesota at the time. I guess they really needed bricklayers, since after the fire they decided to use brick instead of wood. It's actually pretty nice there -- small and cold and flat, but there's a decent mexican restaurant, and lots of free parking, and the cost of housing is not too bad. Just though you'd want to know --
