Okay, so I've got Maddy at home working on the laundry ...

We have this rotting carpet in the dining room. I'm sure it's making us all sick. I think I'm going to buy new dining room chairs, and just take the carpet out. It might be nice for the summer to just walk on bare floors. Maybe we can take the carpet out of the living room, too, and clean the upholstery and get some curtains that actually match ...
